Cancellation Policy
We understand your travel plans can change and you may need to cancel or modify your booking. Whilst we always endeavour to be as flexible as possible, please carefully review our cancellation policy below.

Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge by providing us notice 7 days or more before their scheduled arrival date.

Cancellation fee: A cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the booking amount will be charged if less than 7 days notice is given.

No-Shows: Guests that do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount as a no-show fee.

Modifications: Changes to your reservation can be made subject to availability and any difference in room rates.

Cancellation and no-show fees will be automatically charged to the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking.

Third-party bookings made through online travel agencies may be subject to their respective cancellation policies

We have ample free onsite parking.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is from 4pm to 7pm. Should you need to check-in outside of these hours, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Check-out is 10:30am.
