By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website.
Rates and Bookings
1.1. All room rates are quoted in GBP and include breakfast.
1.2. Rates are subject change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect existing bookings.
1.3. A debit or credit card is required to confirm all bookings.
1.4. All bookings are subject to availability.
1.5. Elloe Lodge reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking at its discretion.

Payment Terms
2.1. Payment for your stay is due upon check-out. No deposit or prepayment is required to confirm your reservation.
2.2. Acceptable methods of payment include: cash (GBP only); Visa; Mastercard; Maestro; American Express; Discover; Diners Club; Union Pay; Google Pay; Apple Pay

Cancellation Policy
3.1. Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge by providing us notice 7 days or more before their scheduled arrival date.
3.2. Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the booking amount will be charged if less than 7 days notice is given.
3.3. No-Shows: Guests that do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount as a no-show fee.
3.4. Modifications: Changes to your reservation can be made subject to availability and any difference in room rates.
3.5. Cancellation and no-show fees will be automatically charged to the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking.
3.6. Third-party bookings made through online travel agencies may be subject to their respective cancellation policies.

Check-In and Check-Out
4.1. Check-in time is between 4pm and 7pm.
4.2. Check-out time is 10.30am.
4.3. Our ability to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out is based on occupancy. We try to be as accommodating as possible, however there are some days when flexibility to our normal times cannot be achieved. Please notify us of your request as soon as possible if you require an early check-in or late check-out.

Non-Smoking
5.1. Elloe Lodge is a 100% non-smoking property. We have ample outdoor space where smoking is permitted. Anyone found smoking in their bedroom (or in public areas of the house) will be subject to a £100 deep cleaning charge.

6.1. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.
6.2. By using our website, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7.1. All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8.1. Our B&B and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or stay at the B&B.
8.2. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided on our website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
